I want to simulate an airplane flies over a wavy water line. This is a 3D simulation that takes the "Wing In Ground" effect into account. In the first step, I try to simplify the simulate and consider an airfoil profile in the 2D domain.

I assume two cell zone areas. One of which contains the model while the other is designed to generate waves via the VOF model. I have a problem here with defining my B.Cs. The lower zone is stationary and the upper is moving in -X direction with the speed of 30 m/s.

When I assume Pressure inlet boundary condition for the upper zone with mesh motion (Transitional Sliding Mesh) the solution diverges. While I use Pressure Outlet for all B.Cs of the upper domain, during the movement from right to left, the direction of velocity vectors are from right to left which is incorrect.

Is there any individual who comes up with a similar problem? I attached the pic of the domains hereunder.

The other problem is that I could not use the periodic repeat for the interface. I read the ANSYS help but I am of the idea that the Periodic Repeat can be used just for Turbomachinery problems not for the kind of simulations like mine?
