I am trying to develop strategies to facilitate integration of Indigenous knowledge Systems into modern Health systems to facilitate safe sexual practices in adolescents from cultural communities. I am seeking suggestions on the theoretical and conceptual frameworks that i could use in strategy development and validation. The research is in two phases, with the first phase being empirical i.e using mixed method design to gather data from different stakeholders. findings from this phase informs phase 2 which deals with strategy development and validation.

Stefan i have decided to adapt the Delphi technique together with the basic Logic Model Development template to take into consideration resources, activities, outputs, short and long term outcomes and the impact of the proposed strategies if they are implemented. I ll recruit between 5 to 20 experts in the field of Indigenous Knowledge System, Adolescent sexual health and health systems and policies. the experts would then give feedback that would be evaluated using the SWOT matrix . After this stage validation of these strategies would be done through key stakeholder consultation to determine suitability, acceptability and feasibility of the proposed strategies through the usage of a checklist.
