I just moved to my new laboratory, and I want to do Western Blots. I am used to the Bio-Rad system. Since I have to set up the things here. I saw that is possible to `Western Blot` using protein simple system.
Since it will be just little more than one hour working on the bench and my time is more expensive than the supplies that will eventually use for WB, it seems reasonable to use Protein simple system.
I could tell that we can not reuse the primary antibody as I use to do. So I want to know more pros and cons of the system.

Edênia Menezes , I use Protein Simple Wes for my experiments. The main advantages are: 1) Requires very low total protein (0.5 - 1ug), 2) Much faster compared to traditional western blot, 3) Wes can multiplex if proteins of your interest do not have overlapping molecular weights.
Disadvantages: 1)Primary antibody dilutions of Wes are different from WB, this indicates the need of optimization. But Protein Simple has a ab database, if you find your ab in their database you can save some time. 2)As you mentioned, its expensive compared to WB but worth your time.
