Renowned journal publishers require considerable amount of time - months and even more than a year to approve the submitted articles. It is strong from one perspective. Meanwhile, due to the substantial amount time they take, the findings of the articles may be obsolete, or newer finding may have been published by then.
How do journal article publishers address this issue?

@Christo Ananth: thank you for sharing the link above. However, I was looking up answers to address the delay issues. What you are sharing is the publisher who assures timely publication. On top, I neither see any DOI published article, nor an organization's email address.
