In the present era of chaotic competition, customer-centricity and talent focus many companies decide to make changes in the existing organizational values that are in consonance with the new environmental developments. They are no more focusing exclusively on just efficiency and customer care related values. Rather they are adding to these such other values as employee care, fun, fraternity, passion, etc. What should be the agenda and the approach of the HR department towards internalizing the new values so as to make them part of the desired organizational culture.
