i have tested the effect of 23 Bacillus species on the growth of a Fusarium species, and the effect of those same Bacillus but in combination with a Rhizobium species on the growth of the Fusarium, the results obtained are in % of inhibition, i want to know if there is a significant difference between using bacillus alone as antagoniste and using it in combination with Rhizobium, the same test was conducted with 17 Pseudomonas species, what statistical method should i use?

Consider 23 Bacillus species as your treatments whether those are in combinations or not then go for ANOVA and use DMR or Tukey HSD as posthoc test
I suggest you to perform OFAT(one factor at a time) for physical parameters like temperature, and plackett burman screening to screen significant factors, after stablishing these items you can use RSM to optimize them.
