I want to compare three different means of the same group. For example, I want to know which school subject my students (independent variable)are good at depending on their scores on French, math, and Science (Three dependent variables). Thank you in advance
Check first all conditions/assumptions of ANOVA, if all are followed/none is violated then use one way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). IF, there is/are violations on the assumptions of ANOVA, THEN USE Kruskal Wallis H Test.

You should first test the normality distribution of your data. If it is normality distributed the you can use one way ANNOVA to compare between three means of scores.

If it is normal to near normal distribution, ANOVA should give you the mean differences.

I think you can use simple data processing techniques in MS-Excel. Surely you can draw up a sheet of your subjects taught as columns (Independent variables) and rows containing marks obtained by each student (dependent variable). A simple average score comparison using the mathematical tools available in Excel can give you a deep insight.
This is much simpler than training ML models. Let me know!

I think the most appropriate type of statistical distribution for a researcher is the Weibull distribution.
You can use Between-subject ANOVA, but you need to be clear about the variables. In your case, you have one dependent variable (Students' scores) and one independent variable (Subject type - French, math, and Science).
