I don't know what you mean by "parameters of herbal standardization" (whenever you ask for statistical advice, please explain in detail the nature of your research design and all the variables you are tested, and the relationship you hypothesize between the variables). But in general, if you want to test a correlation, you can probably use correlation.

If you are interested to check for the possible correlation between any of these variables, I suggest you to use the famous "Pearson correlation coefficient".
You would test any of these with a correlation. Different kinds of correlation statistics (such as pearson's r, kendall's tau, and spearman's rho) are available, depending on the nature of the variables and the possible relationships between them.
