I have data for about 5500± of trees flowering data for 4 consecutive flowering events. Need more idea on what statistical analysis that i can do ? or any suggestion ?
2. Frame research questions to which you wish to find answers from the data you already have.
3. Based on the research questions, determine which test would be appropriate.
4. If you are just looking to compare some groups or do some simple comparisons, you can always start exploring the data with ANOVA.
5. If you want to understand how things have changed over the four years, repeated measures of ANOVA can be used.
There are a number of other tests that you can perform like multi-level modeling, structural equation modeling, etc. You need to figure out what you want to do with the data that you have then you may choose an appropriate method/test.
