I've got 2 groups of participants, both completing the same MCQ questionnaire before and after a video (different video for each group). Each MCQ question has one correct and 3 incorrect answers.

I want to compare MCQ scores between and within groups (before and after the video, and between the control group and experimental group). The data will simply looking at the how many correct scores on the pre and post video MCQs.

My null hypothesis is that there would be no difference in scores between groups, and my alternative hypothesis is that the experimental group will score higher after watching their video.

What would be the best statistical analysis to do this?

Thank you in advance
