I like to conduct two tests which are (1) Statistics Test and (2) Statistics Anxiety [in the form of the Likert Scale]. From my understanding, (1) is a ratio scale, and (2) is an ordinal scale. I want to determine the relationship between the two tests. What test should I choose? Please help me.
You have not provided enough information to really say. You probably need to generate a scale for the likert information. Also do something for your math test. I will assume that you wish to know if anxiety has an effect on math test results. Depending on how you deal with the math scores, it appears that some type of regression is what you need. The test score is a counted fraction (e.g., Mosteller & Tukey, 1977), that analysts sometimes hope is similar to the binomial distribution.
