What sort of biomarkers that I can use in IHC for pig brain to detect learning and memory?

I'm going to do IHC in pig brain to detect biomarkers related learning and memory. It's very hard to find biomarkers for pig model. I would like to have some suggestions from fellow researchers who have experience in IHC staining in pig brain.
