What solutions apart from refining do I have to make my metal forming in Ansys to converge?

I am running a sheet metal forming analysis in Ansys. In an axisymetric analysis

Despite having a fine quad mesh on the faces and normal stiffness defined

Also the analysis system variables like substeps are fined to 200, and despite i increased the pressure also gradually, with the increase of the pressure on the plate

The problem doesn't converge.
