I got FTIR results of my samples and they are in SMF (ext.) format and I would like to see them. What should I do? Anyone know any FTIR software which are free?

Try to download and use the Essential FTIR ® Spectroscopy Toolbox (http://www.essentialftir.com/download.shtml). I had the same problem and it worked perfectly for me!

You can use IR solution software. Extract the files and draw graph in origin.
