Good day scholars.

Because of the toxicity associated with BPA, there is a shift to various analogues of BPAs. However, these analogues have also been reported to be toxicants. And humans are not exposed to just one of them. Rather than using a single analogue to induce toxicity, I intend using a mixture of about 2 or 3 of them.

In mixing the toxicants, ratio 1:1:1 might not be the best since they have different LD50. Is there any guiding principle or advice on deciding the quantity of each of the toxicants that could be used in the mixture?

Thanks.
