In a project I am currently working on, we need to isolate Common carp blood plasma. We have centrifuged blood under various conditions. But unfortunately we did not have a biphasic state to separate the plasma. Do you think our problem is with EDTA or the amount of time we put in centrifuge? I would be very grateful if you tell me the amount of EDTA needed in milliliters per liter of blood. I would also be happy if you make your suggestion about the centrifuge conditions.

Thanks a lot
