I have a circuit that I want to fabricate. I am searching for a machining/milling services. The material is aluminum. I have sent it to several companies; however, they answer that they can’t fabricate it. The structure is too tiny. It is an array of small bed of nail as it is indicated in the picture. The gap between the nails is about 0.2mm and the base wall thickness is about 0.5mm. Can anyone suggest a company who can fabricate those tiny machining component?
i think the component that you require will be very difficul, if not impossible to machine from solid. You will also need to specify the dimensional accuracy you require from the manufacturing process, and the final surface finish.
You may have more success talking with companies with expertise in Electro Discharge Machining or alternatively Chemical Etching.

I think it is difficult to fabricate this shape by mechanical machining because you need micro tool which is also difficult to manufacture,so you can use a wax casting process for dimensional accuracy and surface finish or using chemical machining.
