1. Stop harassing the farmers

2. Stop farmers suicide.

3. Let farmers decide the crop value

4. Stop importing crops and

5. Stop them from being extinct.

As far as my perception goes, pulses production can be increased in India if the government initiates the following parameters:

1. Minimum support price should be fixed by the government for pulses.

2. Government should procure the pulses from farmers in order to avoid black marketing.

3. Soft loans should be sanctioned to farmers at the time of plantation.
