What should be the seeding density of EA.hy926 for 100 percent confluency after 24 hours?

I usually treat my cells 24 hours post seeding to allow attachment of cells and continue the treatment for another 48 hours. What seeding density should I use so that the cells are completely confluent when I start treating them?
