Hi, guys! A simple doubt. We usually use the centrifuge filter Spin-X 0,22 um acetate cellulose (a cellulose ester) to sterilized plasmid DNA before transfection. But in the lack of this, what is better syringe filter to use? A Millex GS (mixed cellulose esters) filter? Or a Millex GV (PVDF) filter, nylon etc?
