Computer science is one of the disciplines, characterised by rapid development related to both hardware and software. The contemporary university-level educational programmes should at least follow this in order to fulfil the requirements of information-oriented society and needs of potential employers of graduates. Therefore, the contents of Computer Science course within the modern Mechanical Engineering study programme should be changing and adapting accordingly. I am interested in different opinions related to this matter.
computer science courses are very necessary in the mechanical engineering environment and as times change, the curriculum seem to change with rspect to different locations and countries. but computer science courses that will aid mechanical engineering students are computer aided design programs and also assembly construction courses.
