I want to neutralize the effect of BMP-2 in conditioned media of Mesenchymal stem cells by using the anti-BMP-2 antibody. what should be the concentration of antibody i have to consider to completely neutralize BMP-2. Is there any specific protocol. Kindly share your view or protocol.
