What should be a loading control in condition media for zymography?

I want to do a zymography in condition media from cancer cell line...I would like to know what should be a loading control for condition media specific for zymography? Whether loading control can be shown by Western blot or comassie stainling?

If you mean a loading control to normalize amount of sample loaded, it is customary to do a protein assay and load equal amounts of protein for the conditioned medium samples.
