Just two cents worth suggestion. It is perhaps better to collect radiations across

a wide spectrum (infrared -- ultra violet or even microwave to x-ray ) and then

reinterpret this data to other data variables mentioned using feature vectors..

I think it is better that, at first, Simulate the whole urban area by a Macro-scale (or Meso-scale) model, Then, put the results of every part of the urban as input in a Micro-scale model. In other words, boundary conditions of the Micro-scale model  could be determined by using the outputs of Macro-scale (Meso-scale) model. This process, known as "Down-Scaling" is.

 do you mean that what you call larger areas extend beyond the urban area?

So at which maximum scale  you would like to get a  a realistic model?

Anyway this is a very interseting question, since the the urban area is a mix of many discontinuities.

@ Mr. Alipour .  Sir, your suggestion of Downscaling seems promising. My interpretation of your suggestion is "Firstly, we have to do Macroscale simulation and then READ the values of output parameters like temperature,humidity, radiation etc., at EACH INTERVAL(say 1hr) OF A DAY'S SIMULATION, at region corresponding to boundary region of microscale model areas and then  periodically(at every 1hr simulation interval) input these Microscale models as boundary conditions just like parallelly running 1D model acts as boundary condition to 3D model in Envimet".

that is right. The hourly results for borders of each region, can be used to determine the temperature and humidity profile for 1D model of ENVI-met.

But as per my little experience of 3 months with Envimet basic version, implementing this requires us to intervene the routine simulation process allowed by Envimet basic version. Hope I can find a way to implement it...
