What publishers does the "Academic Journals" listed as predator include? For example, I found the "Academic Journals of TURKISH" published by "Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey" as a publisher with interesting Journals.
There are number of sources one can use to locate predatory journals or publishers. Among the others, Jeffery Beall's list of predatory publications is renowned and a comprehensive list one can use to identify potential, possible, and probable predatory publications. However, I am nit sure whether this list is up-to-date at present. If you interest, please use the following link to access Beall's list:
what did the "Academic Journals" listed as predator publisher include? I do have Jeffery Beall's list of predatory publications but nothing says about "Academic Journals of TURKISH" published by "Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey"
If I understand your question correctly then we talk here about some mix-up of names.
The academic journals name you mentioned corresponds to this publisher:
https://academicjournals.org/
This one is listed in Beall’s list:

To what extent this publisher is still a real predatory publisher is the subject of another discussion, their response to this “verdict” looks rather convincing and reasonable:
https://academicjournals.org/about_us
The "academic journals" you talk about seems legit to me (long history, reliable institute behind it, proper indexing etc.). It is a publisher of a number of journals:
https://journals.tubitak.gov.tr/index.htm
In my own field “the Turkish Journal of Chemistry (Turk. J. Chem.) seems to me a small but more than respected Open Access journal (with a proper impact factor: 1.000 (2018), no fees, SCOPUS indexed and so on).
So indeed there is no reason why this publisher publishing academic journals would be included in Beall’s list. The mentioned “Academic Journals” publisher is another publisher.
