Hi,
I uesd purified mouse CD3 T cell from spleen and stimulated these cells with anti mouse CD3 for different time. At least I can say two proteins are activated (black and red arrow). For the ~60kDa one I think it src family proteins but I have no idea about the ~100kDa one. It may be pyk2 but I can't confirm it using IP. Any suggestions about possible candidates?

I'm not at all in the field and have no candidate to propose, but it is technichally possible to figure it out by mass spec
You can also look for identified p-Tyr sites of candidates in the phosphosite database (in case you are not already using it)
