I am trying to simulate a polymer bonded with magnetic particles in comsol. Previously I was simulating a polymer embedded with a magnetic thin film and was assigning separate properties to both these materials. Now since I have them as magnetic powders in polymers I plan to simulate this as a single material with properties of both.

Magnetic material properties-

Density

Young's modulus

Poisson's ratio

Electrical conductivity

Relative permittivity

Saturation magnetization

Initial magnetic susceptibility

Saturation magnetostriction

Polymer matrix properties-

Density

Relative permeability

Relative permittivity

Electrical conductivity

Young's modulus

Poisson's ratio

I know some properties like young mod and density can be calculated using the rule of mixtures. what I am unsure is of the electrical and magnetic properties and what would be a good assumption for them.
