What Primer should be use on gastrointestinal bacteria of catfish to identify the microbes for DNA analysis?

Hello, I need to run PCR on the DNA I found on several unknown microbes I collected from catfish. Which Primer should I use and where can I fin it? As well as what is the best method to do this.
