I analyzed my records with the clampFit using the detection of events under the threshold search. It is a bit complicated to establish the baseline but it is useful in the matter of detecting currents. Thank you very much for sharing the option.
Hi. If baseline at your data is not stable, you can not use the treshold search because of fluctations of baseline you are not able to select events. So you should use template search.
There is a software called 'minis' (https://github.com/dervinism/minis) that does the job better.
