The most important thing is the specialization of the scientific or human track of the magazine and then the regularity of issuing the numbers.

You have to follow the guidelines and apply for it. Several modifications will be needed in your journal as per their instructions.
My advice, try for TR and Scopus one after another, as both require involvement of time and labour.
