There are many reasons for rejecting the publication of research in scientific journals, one of an important reasons is the problem of research and how to solve it and which procedure are used added to the requirements of research.

These are eight reasons given on Elsevier web page why manuscript might be rejected:

1. It fails the technical screening.

Before they even go to the editor-in-chief, articles are checked for technical elements. The main reasons they are rejected are:

• It discusses findings in relation to some of the work in the field but ignores other important work.

4.  The procedures and/or analysis of the data is seen to be defective.

• The study lacked clear control groups or other comparison metrics.
• The study did not conform to recognized procedures or methodology that can be repeated.
• The analysis is not statistically valid or does not follow the norms of the field.

5.  The conclusions cannot be justified on the basis of the rest of the paper.

• The arguments are illogical, unstructured or invalid.
• The data does not support the conclusions.
• The conclusions ignore large portions of the literature.

6.  It's simply a small extension of a different paper, often from the same authors.

• Findings are incremental and do not advance the field.
• The work is clearly part of a larger study, chopped up to make as many articles as possible.

7.  It's incomprehensible.

8.  It's boring.

• It is not archival, is incremental or of marginal interest to the field (see point 6).

I guess quality and presentation is the key. Not so much with words but with illustrations and figures ...

Intro is the crux , to keep someone interested .

The causes as I believe are:

1. Badly written article

2. May be out of the scope of the journal

3. High percentage of plagiarism

Reason 5: Language and spelling issues

Solution: Ensure the figures, tables, images, and graphs are accurate and clearly labelled

The research contains incomplete and incomplete scientific observations, the research focuses on the pros and leaves the negatives in the results (self-cognitive bias). Methodology and analysis of evidence is false or incomplete:

The search does not contain a set comparison or group settings.

The search does not contain a full explanation of the methodology used so that it can be easily returned.

Search is not statistically validated.

The conclusion can not be justified based on the results of the research:

The argument is illogical and invalid.

Data does not support conclusion.

Conclusion A large part of the results of previous research are neglected.

Search is a very simple extension of a previous search (often for the same person):

Scientific contribution - what the writer added to the science - cumulative and does not provide an evolution in the scientific field.

  Search is a small part of a larger project (the researcher divides his project into small research to publish as many research as possible).

Search is incomprehensible:

The language is not understood, the order is incorrect, the images are unclear, the language check is not done.

Research is boring. The research is cumulative and old and does not provide a true scientific contribution, or makes a marginal contribution.

Research question is not important in the scientific field required.

Search is not important for readers of the journales.

There are a lot of other reasons, can not be limited to one article, but these reasons are most important, according to the opinion of a large number of researchers and owners of journales

There are many cause for rejection the paper first it depend on the quality of journal and this can reflect on the quality of the resarch ,scop of the journal ..
