What Method of analysis should I use when i have unmatched Retrospective cohort study?

I have collected data on unmatched Retrospective cohort study? I failed to get equal observations size on three arms as i planed because some that has been originally assigned to first arm shifted to the third on the process of observation due to treatment change

Arm 1 has came up with 39 observations

Arm 2 has came up with 65 observations

Arm 3 has came up with 865 observations
