Hi everyone. I am currently working on identification, quantification, statistical analysis and interpretation of metabolites on NMR spectra of a panel of cancer cells. From published articles and some databases, I have been able to correctly identify many of the metabolites of interest to me, but I am not sure of the identity of a metabolite at ppm corresponding to 8.55 and the significance of its elevation.
It appears that you have carried out the NMR study but could not interpret the results. Well what NMR didi you carry out? Tell me that first. Did you do PMR, C13, F19 or what? NMR can alone never give you the identity of the compound. It is normally supported with other spectral data like UV/Vis, Infrared, MS etc. Putting all the data together, you will be identify your compound. Secondly I need to see the spectra as it also talk about different levels of integration
