Since all materials have pores irrespective of whether they are mesoporous or not then how is a mesoporous material different than lactose, lactose derivatives, starch, starch derivatives, microcrystalline cellulose, calcium sulphate, dextrates, dextrin, dextrose.
Mesoporous silicas have pore size ranging from 2-50nm. What is the pore size of lactose/ starch/MCC/Calcium suplphate? Is the difference only based on pore size?
Are pore structures of mesoporous materials like mesoporous clays/silica different than those of lactos/starch/MCC/Calcium suplphate?
