Basically, I am an entomologist working on the diversity aspects of insects. Diversity as such does not sound glossy, it just describes the king of organisms that lives in particular habitat. Having such a sort of a data, I aspire to publish in a high impact journal, I include many things like the microhabitat of the insect within the habitat.

But still, my manuscript looks so ordinary. What makes a manuscript good and publishable?
