Hello, I want to extract DNA for ITS sequencing to identify unknown bacteria growing together with Dothistroma isolates. What kit may I use? Normally we use EZNA fungal and plant kits, it is possible to use one of these? Or want would you recommend to buy? Thank you for advices.
