There is limited research on therapeutic peptide delivery. Can anyone suggest some idea, his/her research article, or some review paper that may help me?
If you want to deliver short peptides, self-assembled peptide nanoparticles or nanofibers are good choices for your study.
To deliver longer peptides, generally you need some stable nanocarriers made of polymers, ceramics or metals. And these hybrid nanoparticles can give you additional functions, such as optical, magnetic, catalytic, or controllable releasing properties.
Please see the attached review papers. Hope they can help!
