I do not know the specifics of your FACS panel, but I also suggest you pay great attention to the handling of your cells, with particular regard to temperature. In most cases, performing the stain at on ice (and all subsequent steps before analysis) is sufficient to prevent or reduce internalization of surface antigens, without the addition of NaN3 (which is toxic).
