What kind of buffer should I use for receptor membrane proteins extraction?

I need to extract membrane proteins so I need a specific buffer to obtain them.

you can try PBS buffer pH-7.4 including 0.2% of sarkosyl (Sodium lauroyl sarcosinate)..you might need to screen out the percentage of sarkosyl range from 0.1%-5%.its better to take less percentage of sarkosyl so you have to screen out in different percentage of detergent..sometimes we use the combination of sarkosyl and triton-X,that may be useful..
