To increment the ionic strength of a polysaccharide solution and prepare a pH-responsive system, I've to use a saline buffer. Phosphate and acetate buffer was proposed in different works. My experiments on the comparison of both buffers shows a better final yield for acetate buffer. Is there any saline buffer proposed for biochemical reaction and biomedical application?
