Hello, I'm currently developing a lateral flow assay which has different sample and buffer application pads. In addition, I'm planning to use an enhancement or stacking pad between the conjugate pad and sample pad. Therefore, the sample pad should be attached above the nitrocellulose membrane and of course need an adhesive for its attachment.

Can you suggest about what type of tape material I should use? I've read that some are using vinyl tapes and/or water-soluble PVA tapes.
