Soon, I'll be working with DRG F11 cell line. The last person who worked with them couldn't keep them alive for 10 days when they were transfected with an AAV. He had tried different variants of the cell culture media and culture conditions, but nothing worked.
So, do you have any protocol or different culture media recipe to keep them alive?

you question not clear. do you have problem to culture them in general or do you have problem to keep them alive after transfection? every condition has answer if you give more details might help you

I'm sorry if my question isn't clear Massar Alsamraae. I didn't work with them yet! So that may be the reason why my question isn't clear... Supposedly, it's after the transfection with the AAV that the DRGs died and we don't know why. With the first AAV that we're testing, we can keep them alive for 10 days, but we can't with the second one, the one that I'm really interested in. I'm searching for an new recipe of media culture or another way to cultivate them to keep them alive for 10 days. I'll be back with more informations when I'll start working with them.
