Afterwards, we can try with differents approaches:behavioral strategies, include dietary modification which eliminates irritants and adds fiber; bowel retraining strategies to prevent diarrhea and enhance formation of regular bowel movements; Kegel exercises, transanal electrical stimulation and anorectal biofeedback.
