The art of writing a good article is not only about the contribution of the article and the results. I have read some articles although they were not of a direct relation to my project, they were a good read. There are some journals that provide some guidelines however these are the minimum requirement of the paper article.
There are also some nice expressions and catchy phrases where they used those GRE English words. Is there a book that discusses all that? Some books talk about things we as engineers did not care about or even know the differences. I prefer a book or an online resource written by a mechanical engineer with lots of examples. Few professors post their tips and guides on writing online that is what I mean by online resources.

I believe it is available online as an e-book.
Thank you. Unfortunately, I could not find its electronic version. I am also concerned about the author's background which is social sciences and humanities. I have read some online work published by authors of this background and they often use terminologies which is hard to follow. I find myself looking for the differences between methods and methodology or methods and techniques...etc. That is why I was looking for an author in the same field who would give related examples.
