What is their in the filtered incomplete DMEM media kept for check?

One of my friend had kept 2 ml of filtered incomplete DMEM media for check for 6 days in a 35 mm UV sterilized petri plate (Kept in UV for 1 hour). He had also checked before keeping it in the incubator but after 6 days he found something that is attached as a photo in the question. Please help me identify what is their on the plate.
