I had modified the table a lot but always failed to get any results using wego gene ontology software. I could not find out the mistake in the XML file which is attached herewith.
It's possible that the software you mentioned is either relatively new or specific to a particular field or industry.
However, in general, XML data can be input into software applications in a few different ways. Here are a couple of common methods:
1. File Import: Most software applications that work with XML data allow you to import XML files directly. This is typically done through a menu option like "File" -> "Import" or similar. You would need to locate the XML file on your computer and select it for import into the software.
2. Copy and Paste: If the software supports it, you may be able to copy the XML data from an external source (such as a text editor or a web page) and paste it directly into the software. This method is useful for smaller XML snippets or when you don't have a separate XML file.
It's worth consulting the documentation or user guide of the specific software you're using (in this case, "WEGO") to determine the exact method for inputting XML data. The documentation should provide step-by-step instructions or examples tailored to that software.
Thank you for the response. I can import the data to the software. Might be due to error in table content orgnization the data did not show any result.
