Usually, we perform SDS-Page in acrylamide gel and we use SDS buffer. If I use 1x TBE buffers for DNA or PCR products for running in acrylamide gel what will be the power/running condition?
between 1 and 8 volts per cm (length of gel). 1v/cm maximum resolution slowest speed, 8v/cm fastest speed, lower resolution, everything in between is an acceptable compromise. I run at 35v (mini-gel size).

Voltage = Current x Resistance. Jiri's right, it depends on buffer and gel resistance. You should get higher voltage by increasing the current and it's dependant on the resistance as well.
Run the gel either at a constant current or at a constant voltage. Its better to use 1X TAE buffer for your DNA samples. For small agarose gels, one can use 80V.
