there are many different ways that will lead to a habitat suitability map that can be combined with your MAXENT data.
One way depends on what geodata you have (like land cover data, DEM etc.) which are relevant for the species you are monitoring. It might be an idea to find other factors that influence the distribution of your species (like roads, waterbodies, proximity to cities etc.).
I would start by selecting areas - one by one - that match your species' living conditions (or not) and cut the resulting layers out of the maxent data to see which areas are more likely to be a future habitat or not. The resulting layer should be a future habitat map with areas that are more- or less likely to be populated.
