I am using VISSIM to estimate travel time on 100+ links as a part of my thesis. I added the vehicle inputs for each link and the whole network is calibrated. However, I would like to run the simulation several times but with different demand levels (e.g. 95% or 105% of the original volume). Is there a way that allows me doing this without adjusting the vehicle input for each link?

VISSIM does not allow you to increase traffic in different links by a certain percentages by just a single percentage input as you have asked. For different links you may vary your inputs separately as you like and you may run the model. That's what VISSIM is capable of.

I had similar issues with my thesis simulation. When I was happy with my simulation and it was producing the correct results (i.e. emulating current environment, traffic flows, signals, congestion, etc), I made a copy of the original simulation, and then made changes to the second simulation to incorporate the changes I wanted or needed to prove the processes. Then, I compared to results of both simulations to assess the outcomes, and produce a report of the differences. It worked for me.
