What is the suitable buffer for fibrillation of bovine serum albumin(BSA) ?

I am trying to prepare BSA fibrils. I found that most researchers used Tris-HCl buffer and sodium phosphate buffer with pH 7.4. Is it the same if I were to substitute with phosphate buffer pH 7.4?
